Do-It-Yourself Jaw Ice Massage Sticks 

Using floral water tubes and wooden dowels readily available on Amazon, you can create your own frozen jaw massage sticks. Just fill the floral water tubes with water, insert the dowel half-way into the tube, and freeze. Use for intraoral ice massage.
