Invisible
Mobilization of the Cervical and Thoracic Spine and Ribs

September 16-17, 2023

Hosted by Allied Physical Therapy Wellness Community at our new clinic located at  1469 SW 4th Terrace in Cape Coral FL, 33991.

This course focuses on taking an area of the body – the neck, upper back and ribs – and simplifying it so that the clinician feels comfortable treating it. Treatment approaches include Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and direct articulations to the thoracic spine and ribs. This course is evidence-based and every technique is repeated multiple times so that each participant has the chance to learn them well. When you leave this class, you will walk away with a comprehensive and strong foundation for treatment of the neck, upper back and ribs.

As with all of our manual therapy courses, this seminar will follow a progression of principles that will be reinforced throughout the 16 hours. This course is at least 75% hands-on lab, and will give the clinician skills they can use immediately upon their return to the clinical setting.

Comprehensive Treatment of the Shoulder

March 18-19, 2023

Hosted by Allied Physical Therapy Wellness Community at our new clinic located at  1469 SW 4th Terrace in Cape Coral FL, 33991.

Come learn a dramatically different way to assess and treat your shoulder patients!

This course shows the clinician an entirely new and unique way to treat the shoulder girdle complex. It focuses on the concept of hypo-hyper compensation. While symptoms in the shoulder are often located in the glenohumeral joint, the driver of the symptoms is commonly elsewhere in the shoulder girdle complex. This course incorporates joint mobilization in ways not often shown, along with myofascial release, taping techniques and a fresh way to look at muscle re-education and strengthening of the shoulder.

As with all of our manual therapy courses, this seminar will follow a progression of principles and reinforce them throughout the 16 hours. This course is at least 75% hands-on lab, and will give the clinician hands-on skills they use immediately upon their return to the clinical setting.
