How to deal with nighttime leg cramps 😱

Night time leg cramps – if you’ve ever had one you are already wincing at the thought of it – that stabbing pain in your leg that wakes you from a sound sleep and makes it impossible for you to walk.
The roughly 50 to 60 percent of adults who have been there know you usually end up jumping around the bedroom on one leg while instinctively trying to massage the pain out of the muscle in the other. And it’s never quite quick enough.
