Personal Transformation

We are growth-minded and appreciate and recognize our own potential and the potential in those around us. We appreciate the journey of life. We believe today is the day to live our calling, to transform the lives of our teammates and our guests!

Value the Journey:

I am reminded of the story of a person in a cave with a flashlight that
illuminates the cave approximately 20 feet in front of him. As he steps
forward, the light shines further into the cave.

Think about when you enrolled in college, moved out of your parents’  home, pursued a degree, got married, or had a baby. You likely felt ill- equipped at each milestone; alone, scared, and as though you were failing. But with each passing day, month, and year, you grew and accomplished all kinds of goals, despite – or perhaps because of – the mistakes that you made.

The reality is it that it is the Journey that is so valuable and transforms us! NOT THE DESTINATION!!!! The harder it is to reach the destination, the more we value and appreciate it.

Take a big step back and orchestrate your life: Body, Mind and Spirit

• Create an occupation / business that serves my life
• Win professionally, and at home

To reach and sustain our potential, we must avoid:

Driven:

• Hustle, fallacy, work harder do more
• Broken relationships
• Neglect of health

Drifting:

• Moving away from hopes, goals, dreams you once had
• Temporary situation become permanent

The enemy of design……distraction!!!

Growth:

Managing Expectations

• Small wins.
• Journey.
• Tension and challenges will come!!!!!
• Your greatest super power is CONSISTENCY.

Your Mind

• Your biggest obstacle is between your ears.
• Human nature is to be your own worst enemy and critic.
• Your mind will tell yourself lies and make you feel you can’t design your ideal life.
• You must be the voice to shatter the lies of the negative voices and limiting beliefs in your head. (Have a clear, written vision with goals)

Uphill Battle

• You will not drift into a designed life.
• You must step into, assess, be self-aware.
• Accountability: Revisit and revise your plan.
• Distraction is everywhere.

Remember it is the journey not the destination, where we discover transformation, growth, and meaning in our lives. Just like our muscles we need tension and discomfort in order to get stronger
