Benjamin Meyer

Ben began working with the Institute of Wellness July of 2011 and is now head of the program. He is experienced in working with patients of a wide variety in a physical therapy setting and has done so for over two years.

Ben is currently working to receive this certification as a personal trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and will also be attending Edison College for his degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

Ben’s interest in the field’s of personal training and physical therapy comes from his passion for health, wellness, exercise, and helping others.

Michael Stamps

Michael Stamps is a Certified Personal Trainer who holds certifications with the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Functional Movement Screen, USPTA, PTR, and Etcheberry.

Michael has experience working with people of all ages in assessing, testing and designing exercise plans, and was a head tennis professional earlier in his career.  His passion is training and taking individuals to the next level in their fitness goals.

Michael remains focused on continuing education and enjoys spending time with his father and his wife, Lynn.
