This process of exceeding expectations starts in our spacious waiting room where our guests are treated with refreshments and coffee on every visit. We find this promotes patient relaxation while at the same time gives our patients a little something extra to look forward to on each visit.
After the patient has been brought to their treatment area by one of our therapists, they will find waiting for them a mint on their pillow. This is a special treat for our patients that also lets them know that their station has been cleaned and prepared for their treatment.
After our patients have been treated with refreshments in our waiting room and a mint on their pillow, they are even further treat by a friendly therapist that listens to their needs and answers their questions in an effective manner.
